Pastor Cecelia Ellis is the founder and overseerer of Jesus Outreach Ministry (JOM) in Hillside, IL, which is a training center for believers. Pastor Ellis is called to the Body of Christ to teach character building and the importance of renewing your mind through the Word of God; so that kingdom leaders can be raised up to have faith in God through the power of his love. Pastor Ellis teaches a message of faith, love, deliverance, and healing that focuses on knowing who and whom you are in God. She has trained and released outreach teams to minister to detainees, nursing homes, and homeless shelters. Pastor Ellis’ passion is to see the Body of Christ empowered to walk in the love of Christ so that the Kingdom of God will come on earth as it is in Heaven, which is to walk in righteousness, joy and peace led by the Holy Spirit. She believes that the love of God that dwells within us must work through us to bring forth signs, and wonders. and miracles through the demonstration of God’s Word.
